Welcome to ET Flora. By placing an order through our website (etflora.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

ET Flora reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

An order is confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified through our payment provider (Xendit). You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email.

We accept payments via GoPay, OVO, QRIS, and bank transfers. Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified at checkout. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after expiry.

If your payment fails or expires, you may retry the payment from your order confirmation page.

All floral arrangements are handcrafted and may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal flower availability. We guarantee equal or greater value and aesthetic quality.

If a specific flower is unavailable, our florists will substitute with a comparable variety of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design intent.

Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

We deliver within the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). Delivery zones and fees are displayed during checkout.

Delivery time slots are subject to availability. Same-day delivery orders must be placed before the cutoff time (12:00 WIB).

ET Flora will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The recipient or an authorized person must be available at the delivery address. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the customer will be contacted to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.

For split deliveries (multiple recipients), each delivery is processed independently and may arrive at different times.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the arrangement has been prepared.

Once preparation has begun (status: "In Preparation" or later), cancellations are no longer accepted as the flowers will have already been cut and arranged.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

ET Flora does not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with flower substitutions made due to seasonal availability, provided the overall quality and value are maintained.

Promotional voucher codes are subject to their specific terms, including validity period, minimum order value, and usage limits.

Vouchers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

ET Flora reserves the right to void any voucher obtained through unauthorized means.

Custom arrangement requests submitted through our consultation form are subject to a separate quotation process.

Prices for custom orders are provided on a case-by-case basis and may differ from standard catalog pricing.

A deposit may be required for large custom orders (weddings, corporate events). Deposit terms will be communicated during the consultation.

All content on etflora.com — including photographs, text, logos, and design — is the property of ET Flora and protected by Indonesian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., delivery services, payment processing).

ET Flora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government regulations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Jakarta.
